Not in any way impressed by this company. They were assigned to instruct a damp membrane and drainage in my home. They added jobs to the work, they didn't need to and didn't complete half of the works they were supposed to. In addition leaving me with plumbing leaks, taking out electrical supplies they didn't need to and applying empty sockets back in the place. They took a heater of the wall and left it unplastered and painted. Addressing the issues of their application of the ceiling lamp to the incorrect spot in the ceiling., off centred. They then were addressed and asked why they threw away a sensored wifi extractor fan, installed. This is the only thing they did respond to stating they would replace and upon sending them the receipt they never even got back to me and completely ignored my contact regards this as well as leaving me with all the other repair issues. Their plumber messed me about so many times, stating he would come and fix the leaking issue. And never did! I would not recommend this company, with all the that get paid, leaving a room with unplastered walls, leaking issues, off centred lights, unwired sockets and putting empty sockets back in the place, taking the heater off and leaving it bare, unplastered, unpleasant to look at! And no floor! And no drainage! Terrible communication and service! I have been trying to contact this company and their plumber, to fix and I've just had no response despite all of my communications and their promise to replace my fan, after I told them before they started works, this item was not to be thrown away. For that reason I give this company no stars and terrible for communication and fixing issues once they have been settled the bill for them.
